What you get

One email a week, with a spreadsheet attached, covering your territory only:

No dashboard, no login, no software to learn. It lands in your inbox and you forward it to whoever works your commercial book.

One agency per territory. Shared lead data is worthless data — if everyone has the same list, everyone calls the same contractors. Each of the eleven territories is sold to a single agency, exclusively, and the boundaries do not move.

Why it matters

Florida certified contractors renew every even-numbered year by 31 August; registered contractors renew in odd years. Renewal requires current general liability and workers' compensation coverage.

Every licence in your territory comes up on the same day. That makes 31 August a synchronised, territory-wide coverage-verification event with a date you can plan against — and from 1 September, a list of who did not make it.

A lapsed licence is a coverage question on a policy you already wrote, and an opening on one you didn't.

Where the data comes from

Public records published by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. Every record can be independently verified against the state's own licence lookup.

We monitor public records. We do not contact contractors, and we do not sell insurance, solicit, negotiate, quote, or place coverage of any kind.
